Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be processed after your item has been received. All items must be unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please note that there is a $10 processing fee per item in your return request, unless otherwise noted.
Items that are not returned in their original Luna storage case/packaging will be subject to an additional restocking fee, so please keep your original storage case!
If items are returned and are found to be damaged, stained, or not in their original condition, you will receive a partial refund.
Customers are responsible for all return processing charges.
- Returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of the date of delivery.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- International orders are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.

Our chosen Returns Shipping partner is FedEx.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (email@example.com), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.
Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming it.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the order has already processed and shipped, we are not responsible for your shipment. There may be an additional processing fee to get a new order shipped to your correct address.
Please note we do not currently ship to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our products.
