Returns and Shipping
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unwashed and undamaged. Items that are not returned in their original Luna packaging will be subject to a restocking fee ($10-$20 depending on the item). Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (email@example.com), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.
Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming it.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the order has already processed and shipped, you will be subject to a processing fee to get a new order shipped to the correct address.
We offer the following shipping speeds. Please note that order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be considered as the next business day.

Please note that business days are considered to be Monday-Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping estimates.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders to those states, we’re only able to offer USPS shipments, which typically takes 10 to 15 business days to arrive.
