Luna Return Policy Guidelines
We strive to provide our customers with the best experience with Luna products. As part of this, we do our best to ensure the best quality and service to our customers.
If you feel your Luna product is not a good fit, we would be happy to look into accommodating a return. To issue a refund, please start by emailing us at email@example.com.
Be advised that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, the return item must be undamaged (new condition), and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.
Must be returned with Original Packaging. We cannot accept your return without the original packaging. We request this for the safe delivery of the item back to our facility and to ensure safe storage in our facility free of mold, bed bugs (it has happened!) etc. As this is a piece of bedding, we must ensure a high level of hygiene among our products/facility to ensure that no further contamination occurs at our facility.

Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Luna Wellness LLC is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Luna Wellness LLC will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If Luna Wellness LLC needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee. If you are seeking an item exchange, the restocking fee is not applicable. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or an order mistake, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee. If the item was lost in transit, we can ship a replacement plus a $25 restocking fee.
