Colossal Cooling Weighted Blanket

I bought this blanket for my daughter for a Christmas gift. She really wanted a weighted blanket, but she runs hot. I was skeptical, but the cooling side really is cooling. The minky side is super soft. She has a full bed, but I decided to get the queen 15lbs. It's perfect! She absolutely loves it, and I tried it as well, it's so relaxing. It's like they infuse it with tranquilizers, I almost fell asleep in 10 mins, until my daughter caught me with her Christmas gift. Lol

Frustrated

I have purchased many weighted blankets. I’ve washed them and never had a problem. I followed the directions washed it, tumble dried it on low and it is nothing but a wadded up mess inside the cover. I tried multiple times to straighten it out. I don’t know if I’m missing something, but I cannot get it to lay flat. It’s just twisted up under the cover. I was so excited to get this because of the cooling feature, and I liked the soft top. Can someone please help me. Thank you.
