How can I check my order status?

What is your return policy?
We want you to have the best experience with Luna, so if there is an issue or concern with your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we’ll help as best we can.
In a nutshell, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so triple-check your orders before confirming them!

Can I exchange my blanket?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you want a different weight, color, or product, you will need to process a return and reorder. Please note that return shipping charges will still apply.
